To receive your order as quickly as possible please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with your consignment.

Our couriers require the recipient’s phone number for each delivery.  We can’t book your delivery unless you have provided us with a valid daytime phone number.

The orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days with Australia Post eParcel or one of our preferred couriers

Estimated Delivery time:

1-7 business days Australia wide for capital cities and suburbs, and most regional areas

7-14 business days for regional WA, QLD and NT

Freight charges depend on the cubic weight of the parcel and destination. Please check our freight calculator.

We pack every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition.

All consignments are tracked.  The tracking number can be viewed from within your My Account Dashboard, and will also be sent to you via email.

All disputes regarding despatched invoice should be raised within 5 (five) working days from the original invoice date.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
